Q: How does the subscription work?
A: SIGN UP for your membership. Each month, a SprezzaBox will be delivered to your doorstep containing several high quality accessories and grooming items. Everything in the box is yours to keep and will have a retail value much greater than $28. Your membership will continue each month until you decide to cancel. No hidden cancellation fees.
Q: What types of products will I receive?
A: 4-5 lifestyle products and a grooming item. A typical box will have an awesome tie, socks, a key accessory and some fancy grooming product. But don't worry, we will surprise you with the occasional pocket square, bow tie, cuff links, or other stylish products.
Q: Will I ever receive the same products?
A: No, you will never receive a duplicate item. However, you may receive the same type of item in a different color or pattern in a future box. For example, you could receive a tie in your first box and then a different brand of tie two months later.
Q: Can I pick what items I want to receive?
A: The short answer is no. We cannot accept special requests at this time. However, you can shop from the alternative items we carry in our STORE section for those styles currently available.
Q: How safe is this website?
A: Very Safe! We use a secured and encrypted platform called Chargify (128 bit). Also, Sprezzabox.com does not store any of your credit card info on file.... so stop worrying!
Q: What taxes, duties or fees are imposed?
A: Great news! We pick up all domestic taxes, fees and shipping costs. Duties and fees may apply for members outside the USA. You may also want to check with your credit card company in advance about any conversion fees. Any international duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Q: Is shipping included in the $28/month?
A: Shipping and taxes are included in the USA monthly membership. An additional $6 charge per shipment is applied to customers outside of the USA. Any duties, taxes or fees are also the responsibility of the customer. We do charge a small shipping fee for our One-Time Only Limited Edition Box.
Q: Can I return an item that I do not want?
A: Unfortunately at this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. All memberships that are paid in full at the time of checkout are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a damaged item, please email email@example.com.
Q: Do you accept all credit cards?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover as well as debit cards and prepaid credit cards. PayPal is not accepted at the moment.
Q: How do I change my credit card info?
A: Send us a message here and we will forward you a link to "Chargify" which is our billing system. We do this to protect your personal information.
Q: What if I've moved?
