I do Music Press Relations for one of the hottest Hip Hop artists in the city & I am a Cafe Ambassador for Capital One. I truly live by the saying "Look Good, Feel Good". How you dress & feel about yourself plays a big role in a daily factor of each day, attitude. With each year as I've gotten older I've learned that attitude is more important than facts, it's more important than success or even failures! When I'm well dressed I've always taken on an even happier attitude for that day and things are meant to work in my favor. Aside from work I love to work out & stay in shape, the gym is an excellent past time to help build self-esteem. It's essential to always take part in things that help make you feel great about yourself, everyone deserves that. One of my favorite sayings goes " Confidence is how you feel about something. Self-esteem is how you feel about YOU. You can fake the first.. not the second.
